ICH and its community partners represent a breakthrough approach to building sustainable community health and share many accomplishments which include grants and contracts from foundations as well as local, state, federal governments. In addition, ICH and its community partners are acknowledged for their work in community health improvement and policy issues and have been honored through awards and recognitions.
