Growing Healthy is a fruit and vegetable promotion program intended to increase student consumption, knowledge and acceptance of fruits and vegetables through a combination of school food service enhancements and the establishment of school garden programs.

Growing Healthy is a two-year project of the Institute of Community Health, in partnership with CitySprouts, Groundwork Somerville, and the Cambridge and Somerville food Service Departments. The Institute for Community Health is a collaboration of the Cambridge Health Alliance, CareGroup, and Partners Healthcare.
